Art Ease groups provides a safe place for you to enjoy and explore your “creative side” regardless of whether you have any previous experience or not.    Our lead artist will help you explore a variety of different kinds of visual arts and will support you to explore and learn new skills.    It provides a safe space to have a little time-out, in a supported group, to mix with others and to feel excepted.    A cup of tea or coffee is always on hand.

Our lead artist will talk with you by phone, before you come to the group, to tell you a little more about what to expect, and to check that the group will be of benefit to you.   The same artist will be there to welcome you to your first session.
